I've always wanted to work in Concierge as it was something I did in Hong Kong before moving to Australia. Coming from a different culture and environment gave me more understanding of people, which is a benefit in what I'm doing as a Concierge Supervisor. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over eight years with 5+ years in Concierge.

In 2015, I moved to Australia to study Bachelor of Hotel and Tourism Management and graduated in 2018. After I left university, I joined The Star Gold Coast and The Darling Concierge team and, after three months was promoted to Concierge Supervisor with a responsibility for more than 50 team members assisting the Chief Concierge.

I still remember the first time I heard of "Les Clefs d'Or" -  from my hotel diploma Lecturer in Hong Kong. I was impressed with the professionalism they embody and the vast network they have globally, and because of this, I want to be a part of this organization. With the guidance of Christian Espino (Chief Concierge), I had the opportunity to express my interest in becoming a Les Clefs d'Or member. In 2021 May, I officially became part of this fantastic organization and now I have the opportunity to share my story with other young female Concierge members.

I strongly believe an experienced Concierge is not just about fulfilling guest requests but also elevating the level of interaction and engagement with the guest to understand what they need and then go beyond that. I always believed that even just a little extra touch with guests could make all the difference.
