Made Australia my new home from Sudan, Africa as a qualified Veterinary Surgeon.

In 1994 commenced employment at Novotel Darling Harbour as a Room Attendant, my first brush with Hospitality and fame.

Whilst I was watching this new environment around me I focused on the Front Office team and in particular the Concierge Department. I transferred as the Commissionaire, Bell Captain, Assistant Concierge, Night Audit, Reception and finally in 2000 promoted to Chief Concierge/Guest Relations Manager at the formerly Mercure Grand Apartments just prior to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. During this time I completed a Hospitality Management Diploma with East Sydney TAFE.

In 2005 joined the refurbished Hilton Sydney as Concierge, during which acquired my prestigious Les Clefs d’Or Australia membership in 2006.

In 2008 moved to Swissotel Sydney as Assistant Chief Concierge,

In 2010 successfully accomplished employment as Chief Concierge at the Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport for the next 6 years.

In 2016 joined the highly reputable Amora Jamison Hotel Sydney, as Chef Concierge for the next 5 years.

April 2022, a new chapter commenced in my work life, joined the prestigious Fullerton Hotel Sydney as Chief Concierge.

I enjoy my Concierge work and take great pride in looking after all my guests in advising them where to go and what to do in Sydney and developing a great rapport with them and ensure they enjoy their stay with us and come back again.

I have always admired my fellow Concierges and especially all Les Clefs d’Or members and enjoyed their company and networking during our bimonthly dinners, meetings and AGMs, and workshops.
