I Studied at Kaplan business school and became a Member of “Les Clefs dÓr Australia” in 1994. The recognition of becoming a member of the Society of the “Golden Keys” was only accomplished by the finest 5 Star hotel concierge professional who passed the series of exams set in Paris, France. Those were only allowed to apply when the Chief Concierge had met the luxury hotels of the world criteria. UICH.
