About Peter…

I commenced my Hospitality career overseas in Japan in 1993 and spent nearly two years working in various departments before finding my way to Concierge. Learning the true meaning of providing the best service possible in Japan has helped me to always look for opportunities to make guests feel special and appreciated for their loyalty and patronage.

Since my return I have been with one of Australia’s largest properties, Four Points Sheraton Hotel which provides me with many challenges each day with a correspondingly large team to lead. I see my role as a Concierge is to lead by example, provide the highest level of service at all times regardless of the situation and to foster and train a team of professionals that take pride their role and responsibilities.

Being a member of Les Clefs d’Or Australia is a very proud and honorable position to be in and has great benefits for the Hotel that you represent and for your guests as well and I would encourage anyone that has aspirations to become a member of Les Clefs d’Or to do so.
