The hotel concierge role is the most prestigious and rewarding role in the hotel industry. I am so blessed to be a concierge at arguably one of the best cities in the world and work at Park Hyatt Sydney. Professionally I have worked in the industry my whole career and have vast experience in many facets of the hotel industry. The hotel industry has always been a passion of mine; after a one year stint at Sydney University I transferred to The Hotel School Sydney and completed a Bachelor of Hotel Management.

My concierge ideology is to service to colleagues, industry and guests with consistent high quality service at all times equally. My passion is to promote our beautiful city of Sydney and recommend based on how I experience the city and its surrounds. Promoting tourism and ensuring guests are maximising their time in our locality and country with high quality recommendations is paramount to my service ideology. Collaborating with industry and fostering close relationships that mutually benefit guest and industry is paramount.

Ensuring I stay on top of new trends, restaurants, tour products and emerging industries is something I am particularly proud of. I am passionate about personally experiencing, attending, networking and proactively searching for unique products and services to recommend. It is always humbling to have guests return home to tell their friends and family of their incredible in Sydney and to have a part in ensuring that it is the most memorable experience ever.
