Well where do I start?

Concierge, the crossed keys, the keys to the castle?

I have now been in hospitality for over 20 years. I originally began in housekeeping, before eventually finding myself transferred to Concierge in 1993.

I have found it to be a truly a rewarding experience. A Concierge is a conductor, who looks after everything from pressing a suit jacket to booking opera tickets. A professional Concierge has a wealth of knowledge, and I think to succeed must ultimately above all learn to listen – to learn is the key, and everything will accordingly then fall into place.
