About Steve…

I have worked within the hotel industry for the past 25 years having the opportunity to work for some of the leading hotel groups such as Accor, Hilton & Starwood Hotels.

My concierge career began in 2000 at the Grand Hotel Melbourne managed by Sofitel as Chief Concierge. This subsequently led to an opportunity with Hilton on the Park Melbourne in 2004.

In 2006 I was accepted into Les Clefs d’Or and was appointed National Treasurer in 2008.
My current role is Chief Concierge at The Westin Melbourne which commenced in 2010.

I was recognized for my achievements within the concierge profession at the 2011 HM Awards as the recipient of the award for “Concierge of the Year” and in 2012 elected President of Les Clefs d’Or Australia.

As a member of Les Clefs d’Or we strive not only to meet but exceed our guest’s expectations by establishing professional relationships not only with our fellow members nationally and internationally but also with our valued service suppliers.
