After I graduated from Hotel and Catering Management School in Indonesia in 1982 I moved to Australia to further study an Intensive English Program at La Trobe University in Melbourne.

​I started my Career in Hospitality in 1984 working as Assistant Concierge for Menzies at Rialto Melbourne. In 1987 I was been promoted to the position of Chief Concierge.

I subsequently very happy to be accepted as a member the prestigious Society of Les Clefs d’Or Australia In 1989.

Being member of Les Clefs d’Or has only furthered my career in Hospitality as I have more broad contact around the Globe and increased opportunities and experience to assist my clientele even further with all requests and personalise services.

​In 1991 my hotel was taken over by the international hotel chain “Le Meridien Group” and became Le Meridien at Rialto. I continued to stay with the company until 2004 when I had the opportunity to be part of pre opening team with Le Meridien in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as Guest Relations Manager.

​After spending 2 years in Malaysia, I found myself missing Melbourne very much and decided to return to work for the Sebel Citigate Albert.In late 2007 I was fortunate to have another opportunity to work and expand my experience at the well known “Hayman Island Resort” in Great Barrier Reef QLD.

​Although living on the Island was an enjoyable and learning experience I moved back to Victoria for my family and for the excitement that comes with working in a city, as Chief Concierge for The Hotel Windsor. I was very happy to rejoin all my Les Clefs d’Or Colleagues again in Melbourne
