My hospitality career started in 2005 as a Porter at CityLife Hotel, Auckland where as a youthful 18 year old I was initially given an opportunity by Mr Shaun Ryan (Chief Concierge). After one year I moved to Skycity Hotel where I worked as Concierge for 6 and a half years.

​My partner and I then decided at the start of 2011 that after the birth of our first child in May that we would relocate to Melbourne where I was offered a role as Concierge at the stunning Langham Hotel.

​I was fortunate enough to earn membership into the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or society in May 2008 in NZ and have now transferred membership to Les Clefs D’or Australia where I now work alongside Australia’s ultimate Concierge professionals. It’s an amazing tool to be able to call upon any of our friends to seek help or assistance in finding any solution or advice for our guests.
