Concierge Team Leader plays an important part in first impressions for our guests, required to offer guests an unforgettable "True Amora experience" with excellent service.
You will be enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated, self-disciplined with a natural ability to work within a team environment, ability to multi-task and be organised in this busy hands-on role.
A rotating roster of Monday - Sunday is expected.
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Providing information on local attractions and activities
* Assisting with specific guest requirements
* Maintaining lobby and driveway areas, hotel vehicles and porter equipment
* Hotel services and facilities knowledge in order to explain and sell to guests
* Creating a positive hotel image at all times, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are in accordance with organisational policy and guidelines
* Ensuring effective shift hand-over
* Interacting with department and hotel associates and management in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure two-way communications
* Assisting other areas such as Front Office where required or directed
